Global Pet Foods : Our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchange or refund as outlined in this policy. Global Pet Foods will refund purchases returned in original packaging with a receipt within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased. *All pet food and treats (except raw food) can be returned in the original packaging as long as there is more than three quarters of the food or treat remaining Goods returned opened, along with a receipt, can be exchanged or refunded to a Gift Card within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If a Gift Card was used as a partial tender, then that returned amount will be placed on a new Gift Card before other tenders are applied.
